PLUCKLEY: THE MOST HAUNTED VILLAGE IN ENGLAND

It’s the end of October and everyone is talking about Halloween! Well, we won’t do it this year. Instead, we want to tell you about an English village which is known as the most haunted village in England.
As some of you have learnt this week Pluckley, a picturesque Kentish village, not far from London, is the most haunted village in England according to the Guiness Book of Records.

  • The Miller
  • The Schoolmaster
  • The Vicar's dog

If you  want to find out more about these and many other ghosts, listen to the podcast Lucía, Ana and Alex have recorded for you. We hope you like it!

I'll give some clues:
  • It's in London.
  • It's a market
  • Its name comes from the Middle Ages.
  • It sold fruit and vegetables.
  • Nowadays, people go there for its cafés, restaurants and buskers (street artists)

Any ideas? Well, It's  COVENT GARDEN. And... it isn't broken. The artist Alex Chinneck has created an optical illusion. If you want to find out how he did it, check the following link and/or watch this video.
